Jonathan's New Word

Yesternight.

Why isn't it a real word, anyway? It makes sense to me.

It was a real word in Shakespeare's time - eg in Henry IV Part I "Then let me hear of you, my gentle cousin Westmoreland, what yesternight our Council did decree in forwarding this dear expedience" or Hamlet "My Lord, I think I saw him yesternight". Your son is obviously of a literary bent...

Oh, I remember that now that you point it out. I guess I need to go brush up on my Shakespeare before my 5 year old passes me by!
